Now that this country is waking up to police brutality, it's time to use Judge Hannon's conclusion via police reform. Though I don't know what that would look like, it's certainly worth discussing. I used to get pulled over a lot in my 20s because I was a long haired male who just happened to like tie dye and other colorful attire. These were two big no-nos in rural PA. I've been pulled over a handful of times for absolutely no reason and a handful of times for nonsense reasons. So eventually I cut my hair and started wearing plain colors and bringing my tie dye along to change in to. Problem solved. Black people can never fade out of the spotlight for even a moment.
