They ALREADY dont take much flinch, and most of the time the flinch they do receive tracks to the shooters head.   If you can fight flinch + land headshots (or simply take a lane and land a flick before you start taking flinch), you should be rewarded. As it stands, even if you can't fight flinch + land headshots, the game simply says "eh, you did good enough" and gives it to you. The issue with snipers is less that flinch doesn't work/work well, because it does its job as much as aim punch in any game does, but the fact that the magnetism is so generous at times that even when you're flinched off the head, your bullet gets dragged into it regardless, which is further exacerbated by the awful decision to have PvP be P2P, bringing along all the unknown variables that comes with that.
