The issue with snipers is less that flinch doesn't work/work well, because it does its job as much as aim punch in any game does, but the fact that the magnetism is so generous at times that even when you're flinched off the head, your bullet gets dragged into it regardless, which is further exacerbated by the awful decision to have PvP be P2P, bringing along all the unknown variables that comes with that.
