And it's not a case of simple burn out (mostly anyway). We had some people who had been playing the game non-stop for a decade before (even WoD weirdly enough) that quit the first time during BFA. Two days every week for 2 1/2 years and hundreds of hours on discord every single day playing the game and hovering around the top 500. All gone within 6 months of BFA.
