The cops are to blame, but that neighbour falsified a 911 call to make police think the worse situation was waiting for them. They should be charged at the very least, but the cops should be charged and imprisoned for the absolute shit show they created and the for the innocent life they executed without a thought. Went to the apartment management and they told us we never should have contacted the neighbor saying “now they know you’re the one who complained”.
